Frequently asked questions
Do your products come with test certificates?
Yes. Fire extinguishers, cylinders and lifting or safety items are supplied with the relevant test and conformity certificates. Hydrotesting and refilling work is stamped and recorded, so your HSE file is always audit-ready.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes — we supply nationwide. Orders are dispatched from our Saddar, Karachi shop by courier or cargo, and larger service jobs are scheduled with our own team.
What is the turnaround on extinguisher refilling?
Standard DCP and CO2 refills are usually ready within 1–2 working days. For larger batches or hydrotesting, we confirm a schedule on the quote and stick to it.
Can you handle a full PPE requirement for a new site?
Yes. Send us your manpower list and site hazards and we will quote a complete PPE package — helmets, footwear, gloves, eye and ear protection, hi-vis and fall protection — as a single order.
Do you make custom signage and fabrication to our drawings?
Yes. Share your drawings, sizes or even photos of the area, and we will fabricate signage, guards, racks or structures to match, then install them on site.
